RECREATION COMMISSION
The Recreation Commission consists of six members, a chairman and a professional Director appointed by the Mayor and Council.
The Recreation Board meets every third Monday at 7:30 p.m.
The Borough has approximately 49 acres of recreational and open space land. This area includes playgrounds, neighborhood parks, playfields and community parks. The community lake is located in Stony Brook Park, which accounts for 4.5 acres. Butler administers various summer, winter and fall recreational programs.
