The "Mission" of the Butler Police Department is to provide high quality police
services that are responsive to the needs of our community, develop partnerships
to prevent and deter crime as well as protect property, individual rights, and
preserve quality of life while our community outreach fosters and maintains
relationships that improve safety through education and enforcement.

Butler Police Department Institues New Body Cameras


In compliance with the NJ Attorney General Guidelines, Butler Police Department will begin using body worn cameras starting March 14 2022
