Water Main Replacement – Spring Street & Belleview Terrace, Contract 2026.15

The Borough of Butler is soliciting sealed bids for the Water Main Replacement – Spring Street & Belleview Terrace, Contract 2026.15. The project generally consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and other items necessary for the construction of approximately 1,200 linear feet of 8-inch ductile iron water main, including new water services, fire hydrants, related appurtenances, pavement restoration, traffic control, and other associated work.

The project is partly funded through Community Development funding provided by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development through the County of Morris and is subject to applicable Federal and State labor requirements, including Davis-Bacon and New Jersey prevailing wage requirements.

Bids will be received by the Borough of Butler until 10:00 A.M. on September 30, 2026, at the Butler Municipal Building, One Ace Road, Butler, New Jersey. Interested bidders should review the complete Contract Documents for all bidding requirements, specifications, and conditions.
