Cat License Renewals begin each year in January.
Cat License Fee: $7.00  Non-Spayed/Neutered $10.00

NOTE: Copies of Rabies Vaccination OR Rabies Exempt form signed by a vet AND proof of Spay/Neuter MUST be uploaded with this application. (Spay/Neuter only needed for initial registration)
(RABIES VACCINATIONS MUST BE VALID THROUGH OCTOBER 31st.)

If you no longer have the cat, please exit this form and complete a PET LICENSE CANCELLATION form.

* A cat license is required for all cats starting at 6 months old.

Proof of Rabies Vaccination  must accompany ALL Cat License Applications.

FAILURE TO UPLOAD THE REQUIRED PROOF OF RABIES VACCINATION AND PROOF OF SPAY / NEUTERED (if applipicable)  WILL RESULT IN THE DELAY OF  YOUR PERMIT.
